A quick poll...

I feel to put on a Planetary sound bath and/or a Starseed sound bath and I'd like your opinion on which event you might prefer, and if it might be of interest to you.

For a Starseed sound bath, energies would be focussed on bringing in benevolent star beings into the space, whilst attuning to the group energies through sound.

A Planetary sound bath would focus on using particular instruments which are attuned to specific planetary frequencies such as Venus, Jupiter, and the Earth.

If you'd like to see one or both of these events in the future, please drop me a private message or comment below with PLANETARY, STARSEED or BOTH. Do also let me know if you prefer a Telford or Shifnal venue.

Last night I hosted a regular sound bath at Shifnal Village Hall. Over the past several months, tickets have sold out (which I am immensely grateful for), but last night was a smaller group of just 12…

I really enjoy the vibrant energy of a larger group but I also adore the energies of a smaller group too! For me, the energy in the space last night was palpable and truly a beautiful feeling.

With a smaller group, I was able to play instruments for a little longer in the energy field of the participants - something I absolutely love doing.

I got so much out of the event last night from a practitioner point of view, and I really hope everyone who came got something out of it for themselves too.

Sanctuary in Sound will be holding a Consciousness-Expanding Sound Bath in Shifnal on Sunday 11 January, offering residents an opportunity to unwind and experience deep relaxation.💙

Held at Shifnal Village Hall on Aston Street from 7pm to 8:15pm, the session guides participants through a sound journey using therapeutic instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and crystal singing bowls. The experience is designed to promote relaxation, help release stress and tension, and support overall wellbeing through calming sound vibrations. 🎶
