Day 1 of Deyin Tai Chi Institute summer camp started with the filming of two groups performing 24 step tai chi to send to China for a celebration of 70 years of 24 step.

Day 2 of intense Wudang Sword practice. Today Grand Master Professor Li visited and gave us some precision insights for the form. Always an honour and amazing experience when Professor Li imparts his knowledge. I've been training with Professor and his family lineage for almost 30 years.

Day 2 at Festival at the Edge Storytelling Festival in Bromyard. Today's group started small but grew to around 30 attendees. They'd been listening to music and stories until the early hours and felt rejuvenated after the session. Here's a clip of the warm up...

Day one of teaching 9am class of Tai Chi and Qigong at Festival at the Edge Storytelling Festival in their new location in Bromyard. I had 30 participants by the end of the session. All felt relaxed and nicely stretched out and ready for a day of stories. More tomorrow...
