August magic 💫

And now I’m raring to go for September! Getting my big girl settled into high school, my little girl settled into pre school, starting my new job Mind Body Spirit and stepping into a new chapter in the evolution of Mundie Mundial Simon Mundie 💥

Plus more magical sound baths (links in bio to my sound bath in nature Mayfield Glasshouse🌱 on 6th and my new moon manifesting sound bath in Worcester Park on 13th), YouTube (I hit 1k subscribers while I’ve been away, thank you to everyone who’s followed!), freelance projects AND something potentially v v exciting and tarot-related that I can’t talk about yet 🤫

This time last year I remember sitting on a beach in Greece knowing I was leaving HELLO!, but not being sure what I was stepping into. It was a mixture of nerves and excitement - and now I know my leap of faith has paid off. Life is good 🙏🏻💫

I’m absolutely thrilled to announce my new job as Programming Consultant for Mind Body Spirit Festival!

I had SO much fun hosting the festival at Olympia earlier this year that I’m now taking my involvement with MBS to the next level – and I genuinely can’t imagine anyone better to be doing it alongside than the legendary Theresa Cheung, Queen of Dreams, who is taking the reins as Festival Programmer.

Together, we’ll be curating the stages, speakers and content across MBS events and platforms – and we have BIG plans ✨

We have some very big shoes to fill, but with the 50th anniversary of Mind Body Spirit coming up in 2027, we’re determined to make it the best year yet.

I mentioned in my post yesterday that I felt like I was stepping into a different timeline.

Well… this is it 💫

I’m so excited for what’s ahead – and incredibly grateful to be part of the next chapter of a festival that has been at the heart of the spiritual and wellbeing world for almost 50 years.

I’m absolutely thrilled to announce my new job as Programming Consultant for Mind Body Spirit Festival!

My sunset sound baths Mayfield Glasshouse🌱 have been a huge highlight of my summer - but last night’s sell-out event, coinciding with the eclipse, was pure magic.

We delayed the start so that we could all watch it together and a few people had brought the special glasses (thank you - especially as our ‘cutting a hole in a piece of paper’ trick didn’t seem up to much!) so we could see it properly.

Gathering together under this energy felt just 💥 Even more awe-inspiring witnessed as a collective, right before an hour of guided meditation and sound healing in nature.

There was definitely something special going on for me, too, when I realised that the red bracelet I’ve been wearing on my left wrist since the end of 2024 had fallen off (see slide 5). I’ve been on such a journey since I was given it as a gift by one of my best friends Isabella Peñaranda , who brought it was back from Mexico for me, and last night it felt so significant - like a chapter had ended, marked with the eclipse. I’m now stepping into a new timeline - and I couldn’t be more grateful ☺️🙏🏻💫❤️

ICYMI! I was so excited when LILLY STATHAM | WITCHCRAFT & MANIFESTATION invited me on her brilliant podcast to talk all thinks Reiki, chakra healing and synchronicities - some of my favourite subjects.

It was a total role reversal - I interviewed Lilly for HELLO! Magazine earlier this year, then again on stage Mind Body Spirit in May, but this time it was me being asked the questions - and we had so much fun 💫

Having the dreamiest summer full of woodland walks, fruit picking and fairy spotting with my girls 🧚

Fruits picked = 1000000, fairies spotted = 0 (but there’s still time!).

My second sunset sound bath Mayfield Glasshouse🌱 has just sold out (sorry if you’ve missed out again- but watch this space for further events 👀 …) and I have some really exciting work things bubbling away that l’ll be able to speak about soon.

This Lammas I am absolutely giving thanks for everything I’ve harvested so far this year. Still pinching myself that this is my life now!

🙋🏼‍♀️ Hands up if you love a good moon ritual... 🌕

Tonight’s full moon is the perfect time to release what you’re ready to leave behind.

No need to overcomplicate this! Literally just write down whatever you’re ready to let go of, then safely burn the paper (like I am here 🔥). If burning isn’t an option, tearing it up and throwing it away works just as well. The intention is what matters.
