✈️ Going on holiday soon?

Don’t let tummy troubles ruin your trip!

Saccharomyces boulardii, a beneficial yeast probiotic, can help support your digestion while you travel.

It's great for overall gut support and has been shown to reduce the risk of common issues while travelling, like diarrhoea and upset tummies.

And it's great at helping to balance and restore microbiome after changes in diet and/or water.

Packing Saccharomyces alongside your suncream and passport might be the simple solution to keeping your gut happy on holiday. 🌴

People come to kinesiology for all sorts of reasons.

Sometimes it’s physical.
They might have ongoing symptoms like low energy or fluctuating hormones.

Sometimes it’s emotional.
They might the feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and stuck in patterns they keep repeating.

And sometimes…
they don’t really know what’s going on, but something doesn’t feel quite right.

Kinesiology is often the thing people try when nothing else has gotten to the bottom of it.

What’s interesting is that kinesiology doesn’t start with the symptoms, it starts with what’s lying beneath.

Through manual muscle testing, we listen to the body and uncover where stress is being held and where imbalances are.

Root cause imbalances can show up in many different ways.

So no matter what brings someone to see us, there’s always somewhere meaningful to begin.

No guessing.

Just working with the body and supporting it gently back towards balance.

Two wonderful women…

4 weeks to go! 🎉

Co-Lab with Marnie Nash on Boundaries That Hold. 💃

I already know this is going to be a special room.

Connection.
Collaboration.

And the space to actually build boundaries that hold, not just talk about them.

Together. In real life.

Just how Marnie and I like it.

Running small business and being a small business, I like to support other small businesses whenever I can. I was in Bristol for a brilliant course about thyroid and adrenal health. At lunchtime I wandered into this beautiful shop https://www.wildlybeautifulthings.co.uk/
The chap manning the shop is the owner’s partner and we chatted about all manner of things including the vagus nerve! He made my day even better and the shop completely captivated me 🥰

Good tips for lowering hayfever symptoms. Start now people, before you get symptoms! I’ve found being gluten free helps reduce my symptoms massively

As we enter hayfever season, here are 5 tips to help you manage seasonal allergies naturally:

🍯Source some local honey and take a spoonful a day in the couple of months leading up to and during your usual hay fever period

🌿Try drinking nettle tea - it’s one of nature’s natural antihistamines and can help to relieve symptoms like sneezing, itchy eyes and a runny nose

💫Boost your immune system with supplements such as magnesium, quercetin, turmeric, vitamins A, C, D & E, NAC and probiotics and/or the homeopathic remedy, A.Vogel Pollinosan…
..even better, instead of guessing what your body needs, go and see your local kinesiologist so they can muscle test you and find out EXACTLY which of these you'll benefit from!

🥛Reduce your intake of dairy to reduce mucous production which will make symptoms worse

🧄Up your intake of garlic - it’s best eaten raw and is a natural anti-inflammatory and antihistamine. If you can’t stomach that, try taking garlic tablets. Not only will it boost your immune system, it also acts as a natural decongestant and can help to relieve symptoms.
