Mental health support isn't always easy to access when you need it.

That's why Thrive is now available to Bluline Health Ltd members.

The app gives adult members and partners access to a range of tools designed to support emotional wellbeing, including guided relaxation exercises, CBT-based programmes, mood tracking, daily wellbeing check-ins and live chat with qualified Thrive therapists.

Whether you're looking to build healthier coping strategies, manage stress and anxiety, improve sleep or simply check in with how you're feeling, support is available through the app whenever you need it.

One Bluline Health Ltd member was facing a 40-week NHS wait for an initial consultation.

Within 4 weeks, they had been seen, treated and had surgery.

They were also supported throughout the process, from the first contact through to follow-up appointments after surgery.

This is what we’re here for: helping members get the healthcare they need, with support throughout the process. 💙

International Men's Health Week is a good reminder to book that check-up or talk to someone if you're struggling.

Running 15–21 June, the campaign encourages open conversations around men's physical and mental health - early support, routine checks and speaking up when something doesn't feel right.

For men across the police family, this is especially important. Policing can be physically demanding and emotionally challenging, and the impact is not always obvious straight away.

From injuries and ongoing aches to stress, anxiety or trauma, looking after your health can help you stay well both on and off duty.

This week, we're encouraging officers, staff and loved ones to take a moment to check in with themselves and those around them.

Find out more in our latest blog.

It’s been a very busy few weeks for the Bluline Health team 💙

We’ve recently had the pleasure of supporting events across Gloucestershire and the West Midlands, meeting officers, staff and families in person and answering questions about the scheme.

Glenn was at Gloucestershire Constabulary Headquarters on Monday for a prostate screening event with Gloucestershire Police Federation - a brilliant wellbeing initiative allowing colleagues to access important screening, advice and support.

We also joined West Midlands Police Federation at Wolverhampton Police Station and attended the Emergency Services Football League Finals last weekend.

These events are such a valuable way for us to speak directly with the policing community, explain how Bluline Health can help, and offer friendly advice face-to-face.

Thank you to everyone who stopped to say hello and find out more about how we support the police family, and to everyone for making us feel so welcome.

Racist abuse should never be accepted as part of policing.

Recent reports from Humberside Police Federation have highlighted repeated incidents of racist abuse towards officers while on duty.

No one should be targeted because of who they are or because of the uniform they wear.

Experiences like this can stay with people long after the end of a shift. They can affect confidence, mental health, sleep, home life and a person’s sense of safety at work.

At Bluline Health Ltd, we care about the people behind the badge.

That means recognising the pressures officers and staff face - physically, mentally, and emotionally.

If racist abuse has affected your well-being, please don’t keep it to yourself. Speak to someone you trust, report it through the right channels, and reach out for support.

Everyone in the policing family deserves to feel respected, supported, and valued.

We’re here for the policing family. 💙

Say hello to Olivia, our Member Support Administrator. 👋

Olivia, or Liv as most people call her, is one of the newest members of the Bluline Health Ltd team.

As a Member Support Administrator, she helps support our members day to day, bringing a friendly voice and a caring approach to the role.

She’s already enjoying getting to know people, learning new skills, and building positive relationships with both members and colleagues.

Away from work, Liv loves spending time with friends and family, getting lost in a good book - especially romance or fantasy - and heading out for walks.

Although most walks tend to end with her camera roll full of animals, trees, and sunsets, she’s also a big fan of relaxing with a good film or series.

She’s also a big fan of relaxing with a good film or series.

At home, Liv has a five-year-old African Pygmy Hedgehog called Esmeralda, who can be a little grumpy at times, but warm chicken and a belly scratch are usually enough to win her round.

We’re so pleased to have Liv as part of the Bluline team, and we know our members will be in safe, friendly hands. 💙

Drop your best film, series, or book recommendation below for Liv.

A brilliant weekend for police sport. 🏀

Bluline Health Ltd was proud to attend the 2026 UK Men's Police Basketball Team Finals as lead sponsor, held from 29–31 May at the University of Warwick.

It was a fantastic weekend of teamwork, determination, and high-level competition, with forces from across the UK coming together on and off the court.

A huge congratulations to Leicestershire, who secured this year’s title after facing the Metropolitan Police in the final.

Sport plays such an important role in supporting physical fitness, mental well-being, and connection across the policing community, so it was a real privilege to support an event that brings those values to life.

Thank you to everyone involved in organising such a brilliant weekend, and well done to all teams who took part.

Volunteers’ Week is a chance to recognise the incredible commitment of special constables and police volunteers across the UK.

These are people who give their time, energy and dedication to help keep communities safe - often balancing policing duties alongside careers, family life and everyday responsibilities.

Bluline Health Ltd are proud to support those who volunteer to serve, which is why our healthcare scheme is open to special constables and police volunteers as part of the wider police family.

A big thank you to every special constable and police volunteer for the difference you make.

Say hello to Beth, our Deputy Operations Manager.

Beth is a big part of the day-to-day team at Bluline Health Ltd, supporting our members and helping make sure everything runs as it should behind the scenes.

Away from work, Beth describes herself as a very typical boy mum.

She has two boys, aged seven and four, who are both completely sports mad - along with the biggest kid of all, her husband Mark. Most weekends, you’ll find them on the side of a football pitch, cheering from the sidelines.

Her youngest has also recently decided he’d like to learn to play tennis, so evenings are now often spent courtside.

Beth’s family also includes Ginny, their nine-year-old sprocker spaniel and one of our much-loved Bluline office dogs. Some of you may have already spotted Ginny on our social media.

She keeps everyone busy with plenty of walks and trips to National Trust sites, which the family loves exploring together.

And then there are the other girls in the family - five bantam chickens who free roam the garden and occasionally dig up Beth’s plants.

When she’s not working, Beth loves gardening, building Lego sets and spending time outdoors with her family.

Busy, fun and full of chaos - but exactly the way she likes it.

We’re very lucky to have Beth as part of the Bluline team. 💙
