Your kids will spend a thrilling 4 hours learning survival skills and playing detective!
What’s lined up:

*Shelter Building: Building cozy debris and tarp shelters.
*Fire Lighting: Mastering matchless fire creation safely.
*Foraging: Finding wild plants to take home for supper!
*The strange animal visitor Mystery! Something very unusual is coming into our woodland at night. Kids will learn to track footprints, s**t, and secret signs to help us crack the case!

Cancellation of health walk this Thursday 9th July.

Due to the extreme heat I am afraid we need to cancel the walk scheduled for this Thursday.

If anyone is keen for a walk this week there is a 4.2 miler leaving Alfrick shop at 9.30am tomorrow…Wednesday 8th and anyone is welcome to join that instead. Queries to [email protected]

Alfrick Active well being walks for July
There will be 3 walks in July to make up for the cancellation this week due to extreme heat.
The dates will be

Thursday 23rd July

Alfrick Active wellbeing walk 25th June- cancelled

I am so sorry but Worcs council have asked for all walks to be cancelled during the heatwave. Therefore the walk this Thursday is cancelled. But if anyone wants to walk next week instead please me know and I can run the same walk then.

Alfrick Active health and Wellbeing walks for June will take place on:
Thursday June 11th and
Thursday June 25th
They will leave from Alfrick Village Hall at 10.30 and last for up to 1.5 hours covering up to 2.5 miles. They are suitable for everyone and any inclines will be gentle and at leisurely pace. No need to book.
