Who remembers this game? With the children off and trying to keep them entertained and off their electronic devices. We’ve come to the park and got some activity built in to our day. I used to love this ball game as a child. Nostalgia unlocked! What a great way to get that activity in! What activity have you done today?

🥁 🥁 Malvern slimming world with Tash crowned their women of the year this week. We celebrated with tasty food optimised dishes and heard all the inspiring stories from our nominees. It’s been a fab week. Well done to all the nominees but there could only be one winner from each group.
Fiona was crowned our Tuesday 5pm winner loosing 3st 5.5lbs to date 🌟
Ange was crowned our Monday 5:30pm winner loosing 4st 8lbs 🌟
Soph was crowned our Monday 7pm winner joining us only 18 weeks ago and losing 3st 8lbs to date!
