It is a gentle technique that increases spinal motion and spinal disc spaces which results in lowering disc pressure and therefore reducing pressure on the trapped nerves which cause sciatica pain.
Flexion Distraction is used in conjunction with other treatment modalities to reduce pressure in the disc and nerves whilst relieving any associated muscle and joint pain and dysfunction.
