Coming Out Of The Blue

Coming Out Of The Blue I support people taking their power back and coming out of the blue. Hay and other like-minded teachers.

Where do I start................................

I would say my childhood was caring and fun, nothing out of the norm particularly. I trained as a Montessori Nursery Teacher and lived and worked in the Middle East for 13 years. On returning to England, I retrained in AAT and Financial Management and after several financial positions within large international companies, latterly as a Business Ana

lyst, I made the decision to become self employed in 2000 after qualifying as an AOR Reflexologist and Usui Reiki Teacher. Alongside my holistic business I was a founding owner and director of a successful flying school on the south coast. My change in career direction was stimulated after my father died in 1998 and it was around this time I became aware of the work of Louise L. All these teachers offered me the opportunity to grow through the power of positive loving thoughts and have had a huge impact on the way I view the world today. It enabled me to explore how my personal thoughts and feelings affected me physically and emotionally. How old beliefs and thoughts were not necessarily supporting me anymore and for me it was important to seek resolution. I am very proud to be a Licensed Heal Your Life® Trainer and Coach, offering 121 coaching and facilitating workshops empowering others to review life from a different perspective. I have two adult children whom I’m exceptionally proud and as the years progress have become more aware of what amazingly powerful, loving and sensitive human beings they are - I am truly blessed to have them in my life. They are both happily married now with children of their own. They and other family and friends have honoured me with immense love and support especially since my husband died in an aircraft accident in 2008, which was just 14 months after my sisters' unexpected death after being diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Six months later the family experienced the tragic murder of my cousin's 15 year old daughter by a boy from her school. The whole family has been through a lot of soul searching and grieving, whilst supporting each other, and for me there has been a great deal of emotional ‘letting-go’ since those dark years and at times it has been hard not to be burdened on my next step forward, but now I smile a lot more and see joy and happiness everywhere. I believe it is important to remember how wonderful life is and that everything we experience in our lives contributes to our personal growth, even when there are aspects of perceived horrid stuff. How we choose to deal with this ‘horrid stuff’ is our choice. It is within our power to do something positive about whatever comes our way and to see the joy life has on offer. I do not look to solve other people's problems in life, however, I do believe the tools I teach support the way we approach the challenges that life inevitably brings. There are many more people in this world who have also suffered the loss of someone special in their lives and I am nothing special in that concern, however, I do feel blessed with my life lessons and I now feel honoured to be able to share the skills I have learnt along the way. Going through grief, adversity and my determination to develop, I now view life as effortlessly as I possibly can, whilst remaining in a space of peace, joy and happiness. This is why I am now on a personal mission to help others find that within them too. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I wish you love and joy in your life.

🌸 Friday Affirmation 🌸

As we reach the end of another week, take a moment to acknowledge all that you've achieved, however big or small.

💛 Affirmation:
"There is always plenty of time to achieve everything that is required."

Take a deep breath and allow these words to settle.

Life isn't a race.
You don't have to do everything at once.
The right things will be completed at the right time.

Trust your pace.
Trust your progress.
Trust that each step forward is enough.

As you head into the weekend, leave behind the pressure to rush and embrace the satisfaction of knowing you've done what was needed for today. 🌿💛✨

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is simply pause and listen. 🎶

One of the exhibitors at the Coming Out of the Blue Wellbeing Event was Dylan, who offered visitors the chance to learn about gong meditation and experience the unique vibrations of these beautiful instruments.

The resonant sounds of the gongs can help the body relax, encourage a sense of calm and support a deeper meditative experience away from the noise and demands of everyday life.

It was wonderful to see so many people curious to learn more and experience the benefits of sound-based wellbeing practices.

Thank you, Dylan, for bringing such a peaceful and memorable experience to the event. 💙

Have you ever experienced a gong meditation? 💙

At the Coming Out of the Blue Wellbeing Exhibition, Dylan of Kundalinirealm Yoga Studio introduced visitors to the powerful world of gong meditation and sound healing.

Using the deep vibrations produced by the gongs, these sessions can help encourage relaxation, quiet a busy mind and support a deeply meditative state.

For many visitors, it was an opportunity to discover something completely new and experience the calming effects of sound for themselves.

Thank you, Dylan, for sharing your knowledge and helping visitors explore another pathway to relaxation and wellbeing.

Did you know that young children naturally move with balance, poise and freedom?

One of the fascinating talks at the Coming Out of the Blue Wellbeing Exhibition came from Moorhouse who shared how our daily habits can gradually affect the way we sit, stand and move.

The Alexander Technique focuses on increasing awareness of these patterns and helping people reduce unnecessary tension and strain, allowing the body to return to a more natural state of balance and coordination.

It was wonderful to have Jacqui supporting the event and introducing visitors to this gentle yet powerful approach to wellbeing. 💙

At our Coming Out of the Blue Wellbeing Exhibition, Jacqui Moorhouse introduced visitors to the Alexander Technique, a gentle and practical approach that helps people move with greater ease and less tension.

Over time, many of us develop habits that interfere with our natural balance and coordination, often leading to unnecessary aches, pains and strain. The Alexander Technique helps us become aware of those habits and learn new ways of moving that feel more comfortable and effortless.

Thank you, Jacqui, for sharing your knowledge, offering taster sessions and helping visitors discover how small changes can make a big difference to everyday wellbeing. 💙

Forgive one thing that may be playing on your mind and causing you to feel unsettled.

This may not be about another person or incident; it may well be something you’ve said or done.

Putting love into your forgiveness helps you release the angst from your body.

How often do you catch yourself saying, "I don't have enough time"?

Time can sometimes feel like it's racing ahead of us, especially when our to-do list seems longer than the hours available.

This week, instead of focusing on everything that needs to be done, try focusing on the next step.

One task.
One conversation.
One action.

When we stop trying to carry the whole week at once, things often feel more manageable.

You may be accomplishing more than you realise. 🌿✨

"In order to change your life outside, you must first change inside."

So often we search for answers in the world around us — a new routine, a better job, the perfect strategy. But real, lasting transformation always begins within.
