Did you know I will train young ladies from age 10 onwards?

If you have a child that is keen to move their body but do not want to/can’t afford to go to a gym?

Has anxiety about exercising with others but are keen to move?

I can provide a safe space for them to move without judgement. Understand their capabilities, improve self esteem, improve mental health and school performance. But most importantly form a relationship/understand their rapidly changing body.

Being a midwife personal trainer means I do so much more than count reps and plan workouts. 💛

Some days, training is the easy part.

The real work is listening.

Listening to worries, exhaustion, birth fears/debrief, confidence struggles, relationship stress, sleep deprivation, and all the emotions that come with pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood.

For many women, our sessions become a safe space — to talk, breathe, laugh, cry, reset, and feel supported without judgement.

Yes, I help women become stronger physically.
But I also believe feeling heard is just as important as feeling fit.

Sometimes the best support isn’t advice.
It’s simply having someone beside you who listens and understands. ✨
