We all know how important exercise is for people living with MS—not only for physical wellbeing, but also for the social connection it brings.

The fantastic team at the Neuro Therapy Centre are delivering free, neuro-friendly seated exercise sessions every two weeks. Attend in person or join online.

Vision Support are looking for a new volunteer coordinator, working from Chester head office with regular travel around Wrexham and surrounding areas. You will work across all areas of Vision Support, developing and managing volunteer programs to ensure effective recruitment, training, placement, and support of volunteers.
