This week has been an opportunity for me to trial out a few of my recipes which will be included in future meal plans so here’s a small glimpse into the future and just give people an idea of what they can look forward to if they commit themselves to one of my nutritional plans.
All meals are made with fresh ingredients and taste really good considering they are so low in sugar and contain very minimal saturated fat, perfect for anyone looking to reduce body fat and live a cleaner and healthier lifestyle. It has also been a very useful period for me to work out my pricing for each of the 3 plans that I will be offering, this will be made available to everyone in the near future so keep your eyes peeled for that 👀
