Think Lone Wolf Crystals is just about crystals? Take a look at what else you'll find! 👀

We're back Wymondham Farmers Market tomorrow, Saturday 17 October, from 9am to 1pm, with plenty for you to discover!

Alongside our beautiful, ethically sourced, handpicked crystals, you'll find crystal jewellery, specially created crystal sets, sage, Palo Santo, cleansing bundles, incense, burners, tingshas, candle holders and a lovely selection of holistic gifts and accessories.

And there's more!

We'll also be taking bookings for our Children's Crystal & Mindfulness workshop, taking place during February Half Term 2027, with workshops for ages 7–11 and 12–15.

A little behind the scenes of what’s keeping me busy today…

🎙️ I’m putting the finishing touches to the next episode of mind body SELF conversations. I love these real, open and unscripted conversations, especially when unexpected topics lead to some fascinating insights!

💎 I’m also busy preparing for tomorrow’s Wymondham Farmers Market, with a beautiful selection of high quality, handpicked crystals, jewellery, holistic gifts and accessories.

From unusual pieces to thoughtful gifts and little treats for yourself, there’ll be plenty to explore. And as a Crystal Master and Teacher, I’m always happy to share my knowledge!

2027?! We haven’t even got to the December ‘C’ word yet! 😅

Alongside settling into life in Norfolk, I’ve been spending a lot of time planning what comes next.

It’s been exciting to start shaping how mind body SELF will grow here, while continuing the work that already happens online.

October feels like the start of that next chapter.

There are more opportunities to connect, practise and work with me now, alongside a whole range of in person offerings taking shape for 2027.

When was the last time “me time” actually made it into your diary?

There’s always something else that needs doing.

And somehow, the time you meant to have for yourself gets used for everything and everyone else.

That’s one of the reasons Club Med works.
You have 3–5 live sessions to choose from each week.

Choose one. Book it. It’s in the diary.
Next week, choose what works again.

30 or 45 minutes that you’ve actually set aside for yourself.

Time to meditate, reconnect and give your mind some space from everything it’s carrying.

Because wanting time for yourself and actually taking it are two very different things.
