There’s a point where you realise
you’re not actually tired…
you’re just carrying too much.
Too many thoughts
too many “shoulds”
too much holding everything together
And the body keeps the score.
Tension.
Shallow breath.
Low energy that doesn’t shift with rest.
Not because something is wrong…
but because nothing is being put down.
Sometimes the shift isn’t more effort
it’s less.
Less holding
less forcing
less trying to control everything at once
Just a moment where you stop
and let something soften
Even slightly
That’s usually where things begin to change.
