We all have said these things in the past and that’s ok!! 💕✨

❌”Earning food”❌
Earning food mentality is toxic . Food is a basic need. Treating meals as a transaction creates shame and guilt!!

❌”Bingo wings” ❌
Sista no please :( it’s a derogatory term imo and don’t tell me it’s not that deep🐯It’s a critical and unhelpful way to describe natural human anatomy or loose skin

❌”Sweat is fat crying” ❌
💤💤💤

❌”Getting bikini ready” ❌ trainers prying on insecurities to make you sign up to their quick transformation programme

❌”No pain no gain / go hard or go home” ❌
You can train like a badass. You need to know the difference between good pain or bad pain. Yes you should be challenging your limits and training “hard” to ensure your muscles are under enough “good stress” for change . But it’s never that simple and dependant on the individual that day / their needs maybe different ( injuries , home life, ability level, form) people need space and safe spaces. Sorry if you like being shouted at I really don’t 🥹🤣

❌”Lifting heavy will make you bulky” ❌
You have to be in a really big surplus (consistently consuming more calories than you burn) , it takes years of specialised high volume training to build massive amounts of muscle. Muscle is dense and takes up more space than fat , if you’re eating well this reduces fat and replaces with dense compact muscle - which often makes you toned . Anyhow who’s standard is “bulky “ or “ too much” 🤬 💪 strong baddies don’t listen to this bs

Hi everyone my name is JJ. I am a local PT/ online coach looking to build my referral list for clients.

I am currently struggling to find a local dietitian , with reputable presence online

Word of mouth is much better. Any recommendations greatly appreciated

Whilst I am here, any other recommendations would be great for future referrals

Consistency is key 🔑
Over time this makes movement easier to gradually “up the anti” intensity, duration and frequency of our workouts

Years ago I was in this exact spot and same gym 😮 clueless with no idea what to do, where to start.. I was lucky enough to go with a friend, who showed me the ropes. The rest was history, in and out of different gyms over the country throughout the years

We need clarity, knowledge and structure so we can create momentum . A subtle approach with a pinch of spice, keeping everything in balance and simple 🌶️

Most of the time we jump in too deep, too fast. Thats where we go wrong on our journey. This is setting us up to fail and why most of us adhere for a few weeks, then eventually drop off💔

You do not need another quick transformation offer. You need a few simple next steps, support, accountability and a plan to suit YOUR life . It’s a personal game this ting

It shouldn’t be so generic, we are all living completely different lives
