Thrive Outside CIC Community groups in local woodlands and green spaces. Traditional crafts, campfire cooking, foraging, wellness activities.

We can deliver group sessions for all ages to support mental and physical well being. We are also able to organise one to one sessions for specific needs. Working with children young people and adults, people experiencing mental health difficulties and bespoke sessions for people with disabilities or special needs. We have expertise in supporting women before and during menopause. The sessions can

combine craft and bushcraft skills as well as fitness training and relaxation techniques, with the focus on being outside.

A reminder that we are running an extra session on Friday for anyone who fancies having a go at some whittling and spending a few hours enjoying nature.

Our favourite time of the week! Fridays mean we’re at for our weekly outdoor crafting session.
As of this week we are running an extra session that will run along after our usual session and means we will be in the park until 4pm.
As usual, no charge, no booking, just turn up.
Everything you need in terms of tools, tuition and materials will be provided.

We’ve got some extra outdoor crafting sessions starting at tomorrow, running from 12pm until 4pm. Completely free, no booking or sign ups, & everything you need will be provided, so all you have to do is turn up (we will need your national insurance no)
Spend a few hours relaxing in the park, whittling wood with a friendly group of people.
