Having had 4 kids, I have learnt that even though you breast feed you don’t just simply loose the weight. Hey it took 9 months to grow that beautiful baby in that time
your body goes through alot & there aint any quick fixes to get back into shape whether you have had a baby or not – Love your body, nourish it, work it & give it Time
I have went from diet to diet, home workouts, gym memberships (paying & not going) & even Running (well if that’s what you would call it lol)
I suffered for years with IBS & after every pregnancy it got worse. I was diagnosed being lactose intolerant to then having cows milk protein allergy, wheat & gluten intolerance with many other foods that irritate my digestive system. I was finally glad that I knew why I had no energy, constant headaches, low immune system, cold sores the list goes on & on. I was amazed at how food could react with your body & was also scared at thinking wow my throat has been slit I can’t eat anything. How wrong could I be? I knew I needed nourishment & balance & I learnt I could still enjoy foods I loved with that my health & energy improved. With my youngest son also having CMPA I learnt that there were so many foods me & my family could eat together. It was also at this time I discovered Shaun T’s insanity & was doing this program with a colleague from work. I also quickly realise there is no overnight fix to get in shape. I have those late night & boredom cravings to. My Aim then was to stay fit & healthy. I’m not going to lie I have hit stumbling blocks, (I’m only human) but I was in the best shape of my life, the energy I had from eating clean & working out was great. I was able to share any knowledge & recipes I had to anyone else suffering from food intolerances & loved to share the workouts that I was doing. Having my little girl this year I ensured that I tried to eat clean throughout my pregnancy & stayed as active as I could be, as soon as I had the all clear from my doctor to workout I went straight back to what I knew would work & done Beachbodys T25 along with using the 21 days fix portion control from the 2nd month & I got back into my pre pregnancy shape after 4 months. I would love to share my journey bumps & all, helping & inspiring others to achieve their health & fitness goals.
