https://linktr.ee/energise_ur_life Hey guys, I’m Stacey a 41 year old wife & mum to 4 beautiful kids. I was never one for fitness until I hit my 20’s. Having had 4 kids, I have learnt that even though you breast feed you don’t just simply loose the weight. Hey it took 9 months to grow that beautiful baby in that time

your body goes through alot & there aint any quick fixes to get back into shape whether you have had a baby or not – Love your body, nourish it, work it & give it Time 

I have went from diet to diet, home workouts, gym memberships (paying & not going) & even Running (well if that’s what you would call it lol)

I suffered for years with IBS & after every pregnancy it got worse. I was diagnosed being lactose intolerant to then having cows milk protein allergy, wheat & gluten intolerance with many other foods that irritate my digestive system. I was finally glad that I knew why I had no energy, constant headaches, low immune system, cold sores the list goes on & on. I was amazed at how food could react with your body & was also scared at thinking wow my throat has been slit I can’t eat anything. How wrong could I be? I knew I needed nourishment & balance & I learnt I could still enjoy foods I loved with that my health & energy improved. With my youngest son also having CMPA I learnt that there were so many foods me & my family could eat together. It was also at this time I discovered Shaun T’s insanity & was doing this program with a colleague from work. I also quickly realise there is no overnight fix to get in shape. I have those late night & boredom cravings to. My Aim then was to stay fit & healthy. I’m not going to lie I have hit stumbling blocks, (I’m only human) but I was in the best shape of my life, the energy I had from eating clean & working out was great. I was able to share any knowledge & recipes I had to anyone else suffering from food intolerances & loved to share the workouts that I was doing. Having my little girl this year I ensured that I tried to eat clean throughout my pregnancy & stayed as active as I could be, as soon as I had the all clear from my doctor to workout I went straight back to what I knew would work & done Beachbodys T25 along with using the 21 days fix portion control from the 2nd month & I got back into my pre pregnancy shape after 4 months. Now I can chill & enjoy a few days break letting my hair down before a super busy exciting month. ✨

Friday was the day I faced my fears.

I have no idea where it comes from as I use to love 💗 swimming as a kid 👧 but as I’ve gotten older the fear of sea 🌊 water or any water that has waves freaks me out.

Also being someone who does not like being 🥶 1 bit this was 💯 going to be a challenge.

However I decided that in my birthday month I was going to challenge myself & get uncomfortable.

I signed up to Macmillan Cancer Support so I knew I had to see it through. Normally it’s me mentoring my clients but the table is flipped & this is where my girls 👧 are inspiring motivating & mentoring me every day to face my fears & get uncomfortable. A great quote I heard from Mel Robbins “your soul needs exploration & growth. The only way you'll get it is by forcing yourself to be uncomfortable. Forcing yourself to get outside, out of your head.

This is exactly what I did & I’m so darn proud of myself. 👏 I’m forever grateful that June was by my side.

As I embark on starting another fitness program tommorow today is all about meal planning & prepping for the week ahead.

What you eat plays a key role in your results & it’s how I have had lasting results all these years.

I don’t believe in diets which is why I want you to make healthy choices that nourish & sustain your body to help reach your goals, whilst keeping those taste buds happy 😉

What is even better about today is I also have the pleasure of meeting up with 8 of the girls that I’m taking through the Gut program so we get to meal plan together & I can answer any of the questions they have whilst they get to meet each other in person. 👭

I love building a community of people who are there to support, inspire motivate & be each other cheer leaders.

My mission is to help build healthy habits by educating you around how to fuel your body the right way & the WHY behind it. This is where It becomes sustainable & something you can stick to, nourishing your body & mind to achieve long lasting results. 💗

Died & went to Heaven!!

I have been wanting to visit this 269 Vegan Dunfermline since it opened during lockdown however have never gotten round to going through.

I often say the best things come to those who wait & I was right with this place.

Everything is vegan so that’s my covered & most of their items can be made with little happy dance for me.

I wanted everything on the menu but opted for the Tofu & chickpea scramble with Beetroot Latte.

OMG was sooooo darn tasty 🤤 I had a bite of the yogurt bowl & bagel to 😝 I have nice friends that like to share.

10000% go try this place out. I’ll defo be back after all I’ll have to try everything on the menu.

Grateful for the people I have in my life that think about me & my food allergies/intolerances 🥹
