✅ აღინიშნა, რომ საერთაშორისო პროფესიული საზოგადოებების მიერ შემუშავებულია გულის არაინვაზიური გამომსახველობითი კვლევების დასკვნების მომზადების სტანდარტიზებული დოკუმენტაცია, რომელიც საჯაროდ ხელმისაწვდომია და შესაძლებელია მისი იმპლემენტაცია და გამოყენება ყოველდღიურ კლინიკურ პრაქტიკაში;
✅ შეხვედრის ფარგლებში, მცირე მრგვალი მაგიდის (Round Table) ფორმატში, დარგის ექსპერტებთან ერთად განხილულ იქნა კარდიოლოგიისა და მომიჯნავე სპეციალობების ძირითადი საგანმანათლებლო პროგრამები (Core Curricula), შეფასდა არსებული მდგომარეობა და განისაზღვრა სამომავლო განვითარების ძირითადი მიზნები და პრიორიტეტები;
✅ ასევე, დეტალურად იქნა განხილული CMR-ის მიმართულებით სწავლების, შეფასებისა და სერტიფიცირების სტანდარტები;
🧲 კონკრეტულად CMR-ის მხრივ მთავარი გზავნილები:
1. CMR კვლევის საფუძველს წარმოადგენს ხარისხიანი გამოსახულების მიღება (image acquisition). თუ გადაღების პროცესი თავიდანვე არ იქნება შესრულებული მაღალი ხარისხით, საბოლოო ინტერპრეტაციისა და დასკვნის სიზუსტე მნიშვნელოვნად მცირდება;
2. დრო მნიშვნელოვანი ფაქტორია — ხარისხიანი დასკვნის მომზადებისთვის აუცილებელია დიაგნოზთან ასოცირებული ყველა სეკვენციის გამოყენება, ხოლო შემდგომ, მრავალი საჭირო გაზომვის რუტინულად შესრულება, ყოველდღიურ პრაქტიკაში;
3. CMR კვლევის ჩატარების თითოეული მიმართვა უნდა შეიცავდეს კვლევის კლინიკურ ჩვენებას (clinical indication) და მომმართავი ექიმის სპეციალობას (მაგ., კარდიოლოგი ან სხვა სპეციალისტი);
4. CMR-ის დასკვნა უნდა მოიცავდეს კლინიკურად მნიშვნელოვან ინტერპრეტაციას, უნდა იყოს წარმოდგენილი ტექსტური ფორმით და არ უნდა შემოიფარგლებოდეს მხოლოდ რიცხვობრივი მონაცემებით;
5. ინტერ და მულტიდისციპლინური თანამშრომლობა CMR-ის დასკვნის მომზადებისათის უკეთესი კლინიკური გამოსავლის წინაპირობაა;
6. დღეს CMR-ს მხოლოდ კარდიოლოგები აღარ ითხოვენ. ხშირად კვლევას ნიშნავენ სხვა სპეციალობების წარმომადგენლებიც — რევმატოლოგები, ჰემატოლოგები, ონკოლოგები და სხვა. სწორედ ამიტომ არის მულტიდისციპლინური გუნდი (MDT) მნიშვნელოვანი;
7. CMR-ის, როგორც დარგის, მდგრადი და მედიცინისათვის ღირებული განვითარებისათვის მნიშვნელოვანია კარდიოლოგებისა და რადიოლოგების მიერ პრინციპულ საკითხებზე ერთობლივი მუშაობის დაწყება, რაც ხელს შეუწყობს როგორც CMR-ის ხარისხის გაუმჯობესებას, ისე მისი პრაქტიკული გამოყენების ეფექტიანობის ზრდას;
8. ხელოვნური ინტელექტი (AI) — საით მივდივართ და როგორ შეცვლის იგი სრულად მედიცინას და CMR-ის მომავალს?
9. დარგის ექსპერტებთან ერთად განხილულ იქნება თითოეული ქვეყნის შიდა გამოწვევები, ჩატარდება მათი გადაჭრის გზების სიღრმისეული ანალიზი და განხორციელდება მცდელობა, ერთობლივად შემუშავდეს მრავალი ქვეყნისთვის რელევანტური შესაძლო გადაწყვეტის ვარიანტები;
🔜 დაველოდებით EACVI-ის შემდეგ შეხვედრას ამ სფეროების განვითარების შემდგომი ნაბიჯების გადასადგმელად.

🩷 On 4–5 June, EACVI, with the involvement of NCS, organized a working meeting in Sofia dedicated to non-invasive cardiovascular imaging.
💡 The meeting focused on the educational and clinical aspects of echocardiography, cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR), and cardiac computed tomography (CT), addressing current challenges, potential solutions, and future perspectives for the development of these imaging modalities.
🔊 We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all members of the EACVI team for organizing this meeting and for inviting GCMRA. Special thanks to Steffen Petersen and M. Westwood, who have been supporting the development of CMR in Georgia for many years.
💌 One of the key messages of the meeting was the need to standardize reporting across all cardiovascular imaging modalities and to further improve the educational framework, from general cardiology to its subspecialties, with a particular focus on cardiovascular imaging. For GCMRA, the development-oriented discussions dedicated to CMR were of particular interest and importance.
✅ It was highlighted that international professional societies have developed standardized reporting templates for non-invasive cardiovascular imaging studies. These documents are publicly available and can be readily implemented and incorporated into routine clinical practice.
✅ As part of the meeting, a dedicated Round Table discussion was held with experts in the field to review the core curricula in cardiology and related specialties. The current state of training was assessed, and key goals and priorities for future development were identified;
✅ In addition, the standards for training, assessment, and certification in CMR were discussed in detail;
🧲 Key Takeaways in the Field of CMR:
1. High-quality image acquisition is the cornerstone of every CMR study. If it is not performed correctly from the outset, the final interpretation and clinical conclusions may be inaccurate;
2. Time efficiency is a major consideration, as numerous measurements and analyses must be performed routinely in daily practice;
3. Every CMR referral should include the clinical indication for the examination, as well as the specialty of the referring physician (e.g., cardiologist or another healthcare professional);
4. The final CMR report should contain a clinically meaningful written conclusion. Interpretation should be presented in a clear textual format and not rely solely on numerical values;
5. Effective interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary collaboration in the preparation of CMR reports contributes to better clinical outcomes;
6. CMR is no longer requested exclusively by cardiologists. Increasingly, referrals come from specialists in other disciplines, including rheumatology, hematology, and oncology. This multidisciplinary demand is one of the key reasons for establishing our MDT approach;
7. Artificial Intelligence: Where are we heading, and how will AI shape the future of medicine and CMR?
8. For the sustainable development of CMR as a specialty and for maximizing its value to medicine, it is important for cardiologists and radiologists to begin working together on key issues. Such collaboration will contribute both to improving the quality of CMR and to increasing the effectiveness of its practical application;
9. Together with field experts, the internal challenges of each country were discussed, an in-depth analysis of potential solutions will be conducted, and efforts will be made to jointly develop solution options relevant to multiple countries;
🔜 By that time, we will look forward to the next EACVI Summit for further efforts toward the development of these fields.
