As we bring the month of June to a close, it is crucial to acknowledge the milestone we have achieved. This year's Juneteenth celebrations were not only remarkable but also historic for the people of Broadview Chicago, Illinois, and Anlo, Volta Region, Ghana. Through The Progressive Minds Show's initiative, The Exchange Ceremony, we have successfully implemented programs of atonement and reconciliation, yielding now to a lasting twin sister relationship. As Ghana advances its Beyond the Return goals (The Black Star Experience), we are contributing to a stronger relationship between the Diaspora and Ghana/Africa. On Saturday June 20th, 2025, HRM Togbi Nyaho Tamakloe VI recieved another global leadership award, making two in row in this alone. He was honored by Mayor Katrina Thompson of Broadview with a proclamation and a fire engine for his Kingdom, Anlo, in the Volta Region, Ghana. This occasion marks the beginning of a twin sister relationship that will seek to economically and culturally benefit both towns in diverse ways. To God Be The Glory.

Stay tuned to this year's celebrations.
