🚨 Week 7 | The Patriotic Nurse Journal 🇬🇭
“Hospitals Are Full… Nurses Are Home — Make It Make Sense!” 🤯

Week 7 of the Patriotic Nurse Journal series.

Patients are suffering. Hospitals are overwhelmed.
Yet thousands of trained nurses remain at home.
So what exactly is the problem?
This is no longer just a delay—it’s a system failure.
The gap is not in training, but in recruitment and placement.
A nation that trains nurses but fails to employ them risks its own healthcare future.
It’s time for action. It’s time for accountability.
Let’s talk. 👇🏾

WEEK 6 – Understanding Depression in Our Communities 🇬🇭
Mental health is just as important as physical health, yet many people continue to suffer in silence from depression.
In our communities today, stress, loss, financial struggles, and loneliness are affecting many individuals—often without recognition or support.
As a people, we must do better.
✨ Check on your loved ones
✨ Encourage open conversations
✨ Show empathy, not judgment
✨ Support those who need help
Depression is not a weakness—it is a health condition that deserves attention, care, and compassion.
Together, we can build stronger families and healthier communities.
A mentally healthy population is a stronger nation. 🇬🇭

WEEK 5 🇬🇭

Sometimes “I’m fine” isn’t true…

We’re tired.
Not just physically—but mentally too.

We show up for everyone,
but forget to check on ourselves.

đź’ Have you checked in with you today?

You are allowed to rest.
You are allowed to feel.
You are enough.

And if no one has said it today—
I love you. ❤️

🇬🇭 NHIS Reform Now: Prevention First
Healthcare must not only treat disease — it must prevent it.
A prevention-centered NHIS means early detection, stronger communities, reduced long-term costs, and true national protection.
It’s time to shift from reactive care to strategic prevention.
