The webinar on Knowing Your Mental Status & Well-being was insightful and engaging. We learned how to understand their emotions, identify signs of stress, and take practical steps to care for their mental health. Key topics included self-awareness, managing anxiety, emotional balance, and the importance of seeking support when needed.

Counselor Gillian Takpo-Kumah was exceptional in her delivery. She explained complex ideas in a simple and relatable way, used real-life examples, and connected well with the audience. Her calm and confident approach made everyone feel comfortable and encouraged open discussion.

Overall, it was a valuable session that left participants more informed and empowered to take care of their mental well-being.

Thank you Counselor Gillian Takpo-Kumah and everyone who joined.
