​That is why the role of Outreach Training and Supportive Supervision (OTSS) is absolute gold for our health sector here in the Kwadaso Municipality. Through OTSS, we are bridging the gap between policy and practice—providing hands-on coaching, tracking facility readiness, and empowering our frontline medical heroes with real-time problem-solving skills. Better systems mean better care for every mother, child, and resident in Kwadaso! 💪🏾🩺
