Let's learn how to make Physical Activity more common in Ghana!!!!
1. We've heard it a 1000 times and it's true: take the stairs instead of the elevator!! or use the pedestrian crossing instead of jumping over road dividers! please stay safe

2. Get off the bus/trotro a stop earlier and walk. Don't fight with the mate ;)

3. Go for a 20 minute walk instead of watching TV all evening
