🏥 BAPULLA CHPS COMPOUND OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED! 🎉

Today, 16th September 2026, marks an important milestone in the delivery of quality healthcare to the people of Bapulla and surrounding communities as the Bapulla CHPS Compound is officially launched.

The establishment of the CHPS facility brings essential healthcare services closer to community members and strengthens efforts to improve access to primary healthcare, maternal and child health services, immunisation, health education, disease prevention, and early detection and management of illnesses.

🤝 The launch brought together health authorities, community leaders, local stakeholders, partners, and community members to celebrate this important achievement and reaffirm their commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of the people.

🏥 NANDOM MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY HANDS OVER NEWLY CONSTRUCTED CHPS FACILITY

📅 Date: 15th September 2026

The Nandom Municipal Assembly today, 15th September 2026, officially handed over a newly constructed Community-based Health Planning and Services (CHPS) facility to the Nandom Municipal Health Directorate.

The ceremony brought together the Member of Parliament for the Nandom Constituency, the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), the Nandom Municipal Director of Health Services, the Chief of Tokuu, nurses from the Ko Sub-Municipal Health Centre, and staff of the Nandom Municipal Health Directorate.

In his remarks, the Municipal Director of Health Services expressed appreciation to the Member of Parliament and the Nandom Municipal Assembly for the construction and handover of the facility. He emphasized the importance of strengthening healthcare delivery at the community level and highlighted the Free Primary Health Care initiative as an important step towards making essential healthcare services more accessible to the people.

The newly constructed CHPS facility will help bring essential health services closer to residents and support the delivery of quality primary healthcare within the community.
