Yesterday, ABRAFI Women and Children Hospital – Techiman held a successful Staff Durbar aimed at discussing some of the challenges confronting the hospital and exploring the way forward towards improved healthcare delivery and workplace efficiency.
The meeting also witnessed the introduction of a new Matron, who will temporarily replace the current Nurse Manager while she is on casual leave. Staff warmly welcomed her and pledged their support and cooperation.
In addition, the current Health Service Administrator of ABRAFI Hospital, Mr. David Kwame Yeboah, has been reassigned to Jema Hospital. A new Hospital Administrator, Mr. Edward Oppong Yeboah, was officially welcomed by the Medical Superintendent, Dr. Fadle Rahman Quantson (OBGYN Specialist).
During his remarks, the outgoing Administrator, Mr. David Kwame Yeboah, expressed his heartfelt appreciation to the Regional and Municipal Directors, management, and staff for the cordial working relationship and support he enjoyed during his tenure as Administrator. He encouraged staff to continue rallying behind the new Administrator to ensure the continuous progress of healthcare delivery at ABRAFI Women and Children Hospital – Techiman.
Some staff members also took turns to express their sincere gratitude for his dedication, commitment, and contributions to the growth of the facility during his tenure. They wished him well in his new role and prayed for greater success in his future endeavors.
The occasion ended on an emotional note as Mr. David Kwame Yeboah shared farewell handshakes and hugs with staff members to bid them goodbye.
