This is a very special time of the year and one which we must all take advantage of. Turn off your news source, your social media feed and go to your nearest woods. It’s bluebell time and they hit our senses and give us somthing scarce and unique. VOK Visual- Olfactory- kinaesthetic ! They look beautiful they smell divine and they make us feel good. No matter how crazy, things might appear, nature doesn’t care, it has its own agenda. Time spent in nature is proven to help regulate our dysfunctional Autonomic nervous system.
