Yoga retreat - Korasida,Evia- 25-27 September 2026

🌿 A weekend to disconnect. To breathe. To come back to yourself.

At the end of the month, we’re heading to Korasida, Evia, just two hours from Athens, for a small and intimate Yoga Retreat at balance tree.

A remote place overlooking the Aegean, where we’ll stay in beautiful wooden houses, surrounded by nature and far from the noise, the screens and the pace of everyday life.

For three days, we’ll let things slow down

Morning and sunset yoga practices.
Swimming in the sea.
Good food around the table.
Sleeping under the stars
Walks, exploration, rest and time to simply be. 🌊🌿

No rushing. No schedules filling every moment.
Just space to breathe, move, connect and enjoy yourselves and being togethe

Some moments need a little time before they become words… ✨



As the sun slowly disappeared into the Aegean, we came together for a gentle sunset yoga practice, ending with a beautiful sound bath as the sky changed colours around us.

The sound of the waves, the warmth of the evening, our breath slowing down… and that feeling of simply being present.

One of those moments from our Ikaria retreat that I will carry with me. 🙏❤️

Our journey has begun.

As the sun set over the Aegean Sea, we gathered for our first yoga practice—breathing, moving, and arriving fully in the present moment.

Ikaria, the island of longevity, has already welcomed us with its peaceful energy and breathtaking beauty.

☀️ Summer Solstice and international yoga day

Today is the longest day of the year, a reminder of light, presence, and our connection to the rhythms of nature.

Coincidentally, it is also the day the world celebrates yoga.

Yet yoga was never meant to be a trend, a performance, a lifestyle brand, or something we remember once a year. It is not about perfect poses, special leggings, retreats, or social media posts. Yoga is a practice of awareness. A way of being present. A lifelong inquiry into how we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us.

The Summer Solstice invites us to pause and notice what is already here. In the same way, yoga invites us back to this moment—not just today, but every day.

Perhaps the real celebration is not “International Yoga Day.”

Perhaps the real celebration is remembering, again and again, to be awake to our lives.

To breathe consciously.
To move with kindness.
To listen deeply.
To live with a little more awareness than we did yesterday.

That is yoga.

Not one day a year.
Every day.

Last night, watching the sunset over the sea, I was reminded of something we often forget:

We don’t always need to do more.
Sometimes, we simply need to pause.

To breathe.
To feel.
To reconnect with our bodies and ourselves.

This is what yoga means to me—not achieving the perfect pose, but creating space to listen, soften, and be present.

It’s also what I hope to share in every class.

Join us at 19-25 July on the magical island of Ikaria, one of the world’s renowned Blue Zones, where life moves at a different pace and people are known for their longevity, vitality, and deep connection to community.

This unique 7-day retreat will take us to both sides of the island, spending 3 nights in each location, allowing us to experience the many faces of Ikaria—from its wild landscapes and crystal-clear waters to its authentic villages and hidden treasures.
