Few things I’m more certain of than this:

Repressed potential is the root cause of a lot of suffering in adults.

I say in adults because children don’t come into this world blocking unpleasant emotions and impulses. Repression is a learnt behavior.

No one’s coming to save or heal you. You’ve been told, I know. 🤍

So start unlearning those defense mechanisms and hone in on the unconscious patterns, the unforgivable memories, and unreasonable dreams so you can start closing the gap between who you are and who you were meant to be.

Seek those willing to do the same.

How do I know?

I started working with and invested more than it is reasonable on coaches and mentors over a decade ago.

From masterminds, to retreats, to 1:1 and evergreen trainings, I have consistently educated myself on self-leadership, slow marketing and online business.

My main takeaway is that unless you integrate those inner blockages and hidden parts of your psyche, expansion will be minimal regardless your strategy.

Anyone can teach you a trick (or online funnel) that worked for them, but unless you develop the soul stamina to integrate and execute it, it’ll be wasted and you’ll leave feeling more inadequate than when you arrive.

The problem with relying mainly on reasoning to make decisions is the intellect being programmed to stick to the familiar as it classifies it as ‘safe’.

This combined with the fear tainted survivalist nature of the mind plays greatly against taking any risk whatsoever.

No risk, no change
No change, no growth
No growth, no gain

Same/same until death. Amen.

This could theoretically make for a fairly content privileged bunch, if we weren’t at our very core wired for evolution.

Leaving our corner of the world better than we found it, is what drives us — the conscious type anyway.

Relying on our intuition is so much more than some frivolous new-age guidance, it is accessing the ‘as long as you’ve been alive’ memory of every sensation and circumstances unique to each of us. To develop agility and find safety in a leveled up reality, one must bridge it is a combination of our emotional

Simply put — acting on things that light us up first and figuring out the ‘how to’ next is how one get ahead professionally and socially.

The more I embody this, the more I find meaning and fulfillment in my life.

As I’m getting ready to move my family to another country to embrace new opportunities, as I’m moving my mentorship program to the next level, I’m grateful for all the practice I had with growth and change.

The secret to show up on social consistently without getting overwhelmed is more about emotional regulation than it is content creation.

What I’m hearing from everyone at the moment is that there’s not much joy left in it. Also, how draining it’s become and how breaks are needed to avoid burning out. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Look, I am right there with you, and I really had to structure my screen time especially when it came to Instagram. However, at the end of the day, the opportunity to grow my online business outweighed my personal challenge with being distracted. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣I find the following really helpful.

It’s now easy to schedule your content and structure the time spent online. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
Don’t worry about what everybody else is doing. Focus on your message.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

3️⃣ PERIODICALLY GHOSTING YOUR AUDIENCE ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
Nobody wins when you over do it and feel burnt out. If you constantly feel the need to take a break, revisit 1️⃣ & 2️⃣ instead.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Here’s what you need to before you LAUNCH and MONETIZE your offer online in a conscious and sustainable way.

❌ there’s no such thing as a magic strategy or funnel

❌ no *expert* can take you from 0 to the infamous ‘6 figure’ overnight

❌ you don’t need fancy tech, elaborate systems or a lot of money

❌ a bigger following doesn’t mean more sales — read that again

I’ve launched and scaled my soul business, more than tripled my sales in less than 2 years working with a modest following.

My sister in purpose and I decided to approach business differently 🛑✋🏼

(and it worked out magically)

We decided intuitive and aligned plans are the most effective and easeful blueprint to our business, not some strategy others try to sell us ✌️

We decided that our businesses are meant to nourish us, not control and overwhelm us ✌️

We decided that ‘being independent’ means daring to ask for support ✌️

We decided that our soul medicine isn’t for everyone — and that that’s the point ✌️

Because for who we’re for, we’re for in a major way.

Day 6 of being away from it all with my family in our cozy easy winter vacay spot and I am wildly reminded of the power of rest on my ability to create and tap into my intuition. Pleasing my nervous system is always rewarding en with all the visions I need.

My creative world is on fire (along with the rest of the world apparently) but my head is clear.

So much change coming my way.
