The problem with relying mainly on reasoning to make decisions is the intellect being programmed to stick to the familiar as it classifies it as ‘safe’.
This combined with the fear tainted survivalist nature of the mind plays greatly against taking any risk whatsoever.
No risk, no change
No change, no growth
No growth, no gain
Same/same until death. Amen.
This could theoretically make for a fairly content privileged bunch, if we weren’t at our very core wired for evolution.
Leaving our corner of the world better than we found it, is what drives us — the conscious type anyway.
Relying on our intuition is so much more than some frivolous new-age guidance, it is accessing the ‘as long as you’ve been alive’ memory of every sensation and circumstances unique to each of us. To develop agility and find safety in a leveled up reality, one must bridge it is a combination of our emotional
Simply put — acting on things that light us up first and figuring out the ‘how to’ next is how one get ahead professionally and socially.
The more I embody this, the more I find meaning and fulfillment in my life.
As I’m getting ready to move my family to another country to embrace new opportunities, as I’m moving my mentorship program to the next level, I’m grateful for all the practice I had with growth and change.
