Hello family, friends and community, I hope you are doing wonderfully...wherever you are... its been a while but I send you love and good energy for your day and the week upon us.
After travel last year in Asia, I am in Lisbon, Portugal...making a new home, and new beginnings...already 10 months have passed, how time flys by doesn't it? It has been challenging of course, and self doubt and fears have come in about choosing the correct, the "right path... but we must recognize our minds meanderings and keep on with faith with our purpose.
I have been here sometime now working on defining my focus and path and the way has opened up, I think when you are on the path of our purpose...things come together in ways we cannot explain, universe aligns things for you, people come into your sphere, ...and these are all warm nudges to motivate you and keep you moving in that direction, with faith, gratitude and love in your heart.
And so, it is with much gratitude that I can welcome you to a new space for yoga and meditation and connection in the heart of Lisbon inside a 17th century palace...
