How blessed are we to walk on lands that still carry ancient seeds, ancient stories, and ancient wisdom. 🌋
Here in Guatemala, cacao grows surrounded by volcanoes, mountains, water, and generations of people who have tended this plant long before it ever reached our cups.
To hold these seeds in our hands and remember that we are touching a story much older than ourselves. To learn from the land, from the growers, from Mayan traditions, and from a plant that has traveled through generations while continuing to bring people together.
Maybe this is what so many of us are longing for in a world that moves so fast: to remember where things come from. To feel connected to the Earth again. To sit with something long enough for it to teach us.
And this November, we want to share this experience with you.
For 10 days, we’ll journey through Guatemala, visiting four of the cacao farms we work with, meeting the people behind the cacao, learning the process from tree to block, gathering around sacred fires, moving, breathing, tasting, listening, and experiencing cacao at its source.
