Less than a month away.
Early-bird registration rates remain the same as last year, while late registration rates have been reduced compared to 2025. This means that Saturday is effectively complimentary for our members. We have requested 6 credits from the Pharmacy Council of Guyana for the two days—2 credits for Saturday and 4 credits for Sunday. The registration fee covers both days, and the registration form allows attendees to indicate whether they will participate on Saturday, which will be held virtually only. We have extended the early bird registration to May 31. Registration link: https://forms.gle/P4ydMsT9qHptTxgz5

The Medicines Bill introduces a modern framework for the manufacturing, importation, sale, and quality regulation of medicines in Guyana. As it replaces the Food and Drugs Act, the proposed changes will directly shape the future of Pharmacy practice. Pharmacists are urged to review the Bill carefully and provide informed feedback to ensure the final legislation protects patients, strengthens professional standards, and supports the advancement of healthcare in Guyana.
