最近人際關係課題浮現
緣來緣去 與自己的關係 軟硬界線的設立

What I did in the chaos last few weeks

3 things I did wrong as a healer

1. Trusted my healer’s financial advice and surrender my saving plan to invest in a scam.
2. Wearing “awaken” glasses and judging / persuading people around me as if my truth was the only truth.
3. Thought that always keeping high frequency / be in good state is a must for healer.

As someone who walks the path of sound healing and trauma healing, I’ve come to see these mistakes not as failures, but as fierce reminders:

Healing is not about having all the answers. It’s about unlearning the urge to lead from brokenness, to advise from unhealed places, and to impose my journey onto yours. Sound does not demand belief—it invites presence. Trauma work does not require persuasion—it calls for safety.

And I realise , the greatest medicine I can ever offer is living my own healing, quietly, humbly, and honestly.

作為療癒師我曾做錯的三件事:

1. 輕信了所謂「療癒師」的理財建議,放棄了自己的儲蓄計畫,投資進了詐騙圈套。
2. 戴著一副自以為「覺醒」的眼鏡,到處在心裡評分身邊的人,還試圖說服他們接受我自以為最好的想法。
3. 以為作為療癒師要一直處於高頻狀態

作為一名聲音療癒、創傷療癒工作者,

我慢慢明白:

真正的覺醒不是看清別人,而是看見自己。

真正的療癒不是說服誰、改變誰,

而是先安頓好自己的心,再用溫柔與空間陪伴他人。

聲音能撫平傷痛,卻不能強行喚醒不願醒來的人;

療癒是陪伴,不是改造;是照亮,不是評判。

A lot of heavy shifts are happening recently.

Let’s learn to not react.

Stay calm, observe & acknowledge.

Then, shift your focus on what makes your life lighter and better.

Try breath work, meditation, grounding, tree hugging or even script writing. (hey they’re all free! No excuses)
Instead of replaying the old memories/ traumas over and over again.

For me there’s a few non sense people and incidents triggered the revisit of my old friends — frustration & fear.
They came like massive waves 🌊
So I spare a morning , sitting down and copy script.
Cause I was too overwhelmed to even meditate, with the power of color and script, I manage to come back to a level where I can meditate and clear my head again.

Then of course I used my method to released and transformed old patterns and energy.

呢排好多大轉變同能量波動緊。

我地試下學下唔好即刻反應。

保持冷靜,觀察住、接受佢地發生。

跟住將注意力轉去令你生活輕鬆啲、開心啲嘅事上面。

試下呼吸練習、踏下泥土接地、望下樹攬下樹、煮下野食、抄經—— 全部都免費㗎,冇藉口唔做。好過不斷重播舊回憶、舊創傷。

呢排有幾件事同人,勾起我熟悉嘅舊情緒——憤慨同恐懼。

恍如巨浪一樣咁捲埋黎🌊

因為當時情緒太overwhelming ,連冥想都做唔到。

所以我留咗成個朝早,坐低抄經📝

透過珠砂水彩同抄經,令我慢慢返返去可以靜落嚟,做到冥想、清理腦袋嘅狀態。
然後好好咁轉化、釋放左舊模式同能量👾

好多時候困住你的

一直都唔想將自己定義為某一種療癒師,因為療癒方式千百種,不想被標籤定型,直至最近。。。。。。

CTD 呢個名係由我決定成為療癒師的一刻已經知道的 connecting the dots,字面解釋是將點點連起。背後的用意及想法是協助大家連結身·心·靈、以往發生過的都會成為拼湊專屬你的人生拼圖點格、以及將光的存在重新連結在一起🧩

在網上見到很多的聲音療癒頌缽師、能量療癒師、阿卡西閱讀師。。。。。。曾一度想隨便找一個大眾認識的名字稱呼自己就算了,至少不用在費力解釋自己在做什麼🫠

但,都是過不了自己,因為那些不是我做的。

隨住做多了個案,慢慢發現害怕被標籤被定型,都唔係靈魂最自由嘅選擇,而係任何時候想用咩標籤、咩形象都可以。

而現在我清楚知道自己想做要做的,是用擅長的方法展現我獨特的能量能力,陪伴引導有緣的你,將覆蓋住心中光芒的沙石污泥撥走移走,慢慢學會跟隨內在的光,走出屬於自己的路。

所以我決定,開始叫自己做——「心㬢·意識能量療癒師」

「心」 = 內在、心靈、情緒、創傷、潛意識
「曦 」 = 晨曦、晨光、重生、喚醒、希望

(剛好亦呼應我中文名裡面,也有代表早晨的「晨」字,嘻☺️)

用EMD、正念催眠、水晶頌缽來協助大家提升意識、喚醒內在光芒、連結內在,聽見靈魂深處的聲音。

有意識的覺察日常、起心動念中的慈心,是我個人認為療癒該有的核心。

有再多的術數系統能量加持,沒有核心,就像是沒心的維修機器人在修人心一樣,業力能量大混纏🙈🙉🙊

Even though I’m a healer,
I get scared too.

Scared to face my anger, my sadness.
I avoid them subconsciously, just like anyone else.

Healing isn’t about being fearless.
It’s about being honest with how we feel.

Healing occurs once we admit them.

唔知呢個係咪你呢?
接觸左身心靈一段日子,但依然會迴避”太過wewonwon” “直覺/感覺”,但又不停盤旋於唔同嘅系統之間想理解多啲自己,但係又對於深入探究內心有卻步,甚至乎恐懼。

其實
你而家嘅狀態好真實,都非常之正常,仲有少少可愛😜

好多時我哋害怕嘅從來唔係靈性或通靈本身,
而係隱藏係背後既大佬——自己內在嘅感受同情緒。

當開始打坐、嘗試連結感受,
一啲被長久壓抑、忽略嘅情緒、記憶同能量,
就會慢慢浮現出嚟。

或許你驚嘅係被呢啲情緒席捲、失去掌控。
或許你驚面對自己真正內心嘅諗法同情緒。
或許你驚變成陌生既自己。
或許你驚面對改變。

呢啲都唔係奇怪嘅事,
反而係靈魂成長嘅關鍵時刻。
你驚,正證明你內在有強烈嘅渴望,
亦都正在變得更通透,
學會同更深層嘅自己相處。
