What is Remifemin?
With the natural active ingredient Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa), Remifemin provides natural menopause symptom relief:

Reduces hot flushes
-Relieves night sweats
-Suitable for use in all stages of menopause, from peri menopause to post menopause
-Supported by more than 60 years of research on Black Cohosh for menopausal symptoms, Remifemin is used by millions of women worldwide.

How does Remifemin work?
Remifemin contains a proprietary extract of Black Cohosh, also known as Actaea racemosa or Cimicifuga racemosa.

-Black Cohosh is a traditional herbal medicine used for centuries to treat menopausal symptoms.
-Black Cohosh is thought to help relieve hot flushes, potentially by influencing temperature regulation pathways.

What is Black Cohosh? (Actaea racemosa)
Black cohosh is a perennial plant native to North America and is part of the buttercup family.

-It has a long history of use for many different health concerns, both with Native American people and with European settlers.
-Remifemin, first launched in Europe in 1956, is prepared from the root stems (rhizomes) of the Black cohost plant.

Perimenopause support
Perimenopause is the period ‘around menopause’ that includes the 4–8 year transitional stage leading up to menopause. During this time, irregular menstrual periods become more common as menstrual cycles change and hormone levels fluctuate, which can trigger symptoms such as:

-Hot flushes and night sweats
-Sleep disturbances
-Mood changes
-Vaginal dryness

Did you know that the true front line of your immune defense is in your gut? From :
Your gut lining regulates what enters the bloodstream, acting as a physical and biochemical shield.

The gut-immune axis is a highly sophisticated, two-way communication network where your microbiome trains your immune cells and acts as a bridge between your diet and defense. Through specialized structures like GALT (Gut-Associated Lymphoid Tissue), your body learns how to safely navigate the outside world, deciding exactly when to activate an inflammatory response and when to stand down.

By prioritizing your gut barrier and feeding your microbiome the specific prebiotic fibers it needs to create protective short-chain fatty acids, you are powering your body’s internal security system.
