On practise and now teaching yoga classes based on the methodology of navakaraṇa vinyāsa, I have this maybe too simple and naive analogy, to me, a step by step progression towards achieving the final stage reminds me of cooking a dish. There is logic behind each and every step is important and relevant. Because each step is the building block for the next, the interdependent procedure to one another brings me a clear mental picture of what is going on, both my mind and body is here and now.
Feeling clearly which muscle is working, it’s fascinating to learn about kinaesthesia, my body is the best tool, in moving and feeling, I’m learning and exploring. Accordingly the subtle sensation guides me through this internal navigation, light me up and awake.
