🎯計劃目標：
⭐通過提供全面及預防性的家居規劃，為有緊急需要的基層長者提供適老生活環境，減少家居意外風險。
⭐提供安全和無障礙環境所需的知識和技能，減輕照顧者身心負擔。

⭐家居優化推廣講座及網上資源
⭐家居職業及環境評估
⭐家居優化服務及持續安全管理
⭐收納整理及傢俱配置
⭐照顧者支援小組
