公司成立的原因，起始於2009年，家中的長者因為要找尋輪椅，到一間店舖查詢兩部相差價錢三倍的輪椅，當詢問有什麼不同時，店員很快的回答說：顏色不同、價錢不同及型號不同，完全不著邊際，當即打消了購買念頭，有見及此，決心成立一間專業的輪椅公司。
