試著去觀照:在移動的這一刻,你當下的念頭究竟在哪裡?當身體微微出汗、釋放了壓力,最後的靜坐,心就能自然沉澱下來。

Yoga Zen 瑜伽禪(伸展與深度靜心)

如果你覺得生活太累、大腦不停打轉,直接坐下來打坐讓你感到焦慮,這堂課就是為你而設的。

我們會完全放慢腳步,專注在溫和的陰瑜伽深度伸展。課堂跨越任何宗教標籤,我們純粹從最溫柔的拉筋開始,把堆積的緊繃與防備逐一放下。當身體鬆開了,帶領大家進入正念與深度的禪定。

學會不勉強、不比較,單純地與當下的自己待在一起。
