Discipline is like pushing- after a while it’s going to get hard and you’ll start faltering.

Intrinsic motivation is like effortlessly pulling, falling forward - the engine on the inside wants to keep going.

Knowing what matters to you helps you figure out what you are pushing and it’s probably why you procrastinate, burnout, feel frustrated with your life.

I want to help you figure out your intrinsic motivation, life becomes easier, more fun, playful, less like “work”.

I mean isn’t that the dream?

Don’t fall into the trap of arrival fallacy. Hedonic adaptation is normal.

Goals aren’t about the goals, it’s about who you become, you don’t need the goal to BECOME who you want to be (and you can still have a goal).

I’m such a psychology nerd.
It’s changed my life to understand the inner workings of my mind and my behaviour.

3 things that direct my life right now.
3 things that help me make every decision.
3 ways I know how to feel overflowing with gratitude, joy and love.
3 things that matter the most to me.

When you know what’s important to you. When you know how to translate those abstracts concepts like love, joy, freedom… into daily lived action + behaviours…

It’s when you find that spark, the passion for life, the big YES feeling, the inner knowing that you are creating the life you truly desire.

My values are: aliveness, deep connection, home.

In the past two weeks I’ve:

Hosted my 3rd community dinner with 18 people showing up each time
Taught in person workshops in psychology
Taught my weekly meditation classes
Gone out to two night events (lol I’m in bed by 9 usually)
Been invited to gatherings with fun cool ppl
Hosted a baby blessingway at my home with a Bali priest
Walked on the beach every morning to reset my nervous system (not shown in the photos)

For those who have followed me for a while, last year 2025 I was sitting in the aftermath of a separation where the grief was deep. I didn’t know how long it would take to feel joy again or to feel like myself. At the end of last year I got clear on my values and what they would look like manifested.

Here you see some of them.

I live a full and FULfilling life.
There’s more to come because I am constantly looking at how to translate aliveness, deep connection + home into my daily lived life.

This is what I want to take you through in my 3 month private container FK YES LIFE.

Your life doesn’t have to look like mine. These are my translated values. Let’s figure out YOURS.

I cannot WAIT to take you through this process. I studied what makes something LIFE-CHANGING and this is it.

You’ll know exactly what you can do DAILY to be living the feeling of joy, exuberance, gratitude and fulfilment.

Every time you need to make a decision, you’ll have a framework to run your decision through, no more doubt or procrastination.

You’ll be able to say no to things faster and yes to the things that light you the F up.

Relationships get easier, more fun because you know what you stand for and people gravitate towards people who have PASSION.

You’ll wake up every day and know you are on the right path, even if it’s a bump in the road right now, you know it’s just part of where you are going.

Freedom, love, happiness are abstract concepts.

They aren’t going to help you when you are stuck in a negative self talk spiral at 2am glued to Tik Tok feeling shtty about your life.

Listen, we all are searching for meaning and purpose and a life that feels fulfilling. Viktor Frankl (psychiatrist) called it one of life’s main purposes- the search for meaning.

Get clear on what’s important to you, nitty gritty clear. That’s what going to help you find direction in life.

I’ve worked with 100’s of people to help them define what’s truly important to them so they have a map they can use to move forward in life.

BTW “money” isn’t a value. It may be important to you but it’s what money BRINGS that is your value (what’s important to you).

If you are feeling empty about the life you are living.
If you are wanting MORE from life and feeling stuck.
If you are feeling dead inside and flat because your life feels soul sucking.
If you feel low level anxiety about time running out…

Let me tell you why people work with me. I don’t have it all figured out. I’ve been exactly where you are.

I grew up as a Third Culture Kid between worlds, between cultures, never fully belonging anywhere. I didn’t read about the psychology of identity and home from the outside. I lived it from the inside. Nepal, India, HK, UK, Oz, SA - I’ve lived in a lot of places.

I have an MSc in Psychology (graduate this year!).

So when I talk about values theory, nervous system work, and pattern interruption, it’s not borrowed from a weekend certification. It’s grounded in real research, real science, real methodology.

I combine psychology with somatic work, with therapeutic tools, with neuroscience.

I’ve done my own work. I’m in therapy myself. I’m not standing above you telling you how to live. I’m in it with you, I’m constantly navigating how I can live a more meaningful life.

And I’ve built the life most of my clients are trying to create. Location independent. Meaningful. Built from the inside out.

When you read my content and think, how does she know exactly what’s going on inside my head?

That’s why.
