We are a local organic farm located in Yuen Long, dedicated to grow and produce high quality organic fruits and products to promote healthy living. Products included:

愛立信有機農業創辦人 — 李偉全先生 最近接受名道雜誌訪問，分享他對推動環保科技傳承的看法，及如何鼓勵年青人將香港精神發揚光大。

「作為土生土長的香港人，我認為要向社會多傳遞一些正能量。一是做好自己，修身齊家；二是給別人多點空間和理解；三是回饋社會，回饋不一定是錢，也可以是時間。這也是我們的家族傳統。」

Mr. Norman Li, founder of Erickson Organic Farm, was interviewed by the Famous Magazine recently. He shared his thoughts on environmental sustainability, that we should give back to the society and motivate the young generation to carry on the Hong Kong spirit.

Autumn is back and so are we!
Erickson Organic Farm will be joining the Green Market at Gold Coast Piazza this coming weekend. As usual, we will bring along the healthy Snake Jasmine Tea & Teapack, Pure Honey, Sated Kumquat and other goodies that are locally grown and great for this dry season.

隨著秋天來臨，Erickson Organic Farm於下週未又再次帶同本地種植的百鶴靈芝草茶 及 茶包、純天然蜂蜜、鹹柑桔等參與黃金海岸商場的Green Market。記住過來逛逛，添置一些來迎接乾燥的季節。

Salted kumquat with honey is a good drink to soothe a dry throat. Now you may find our Salted Kumquat and Pure Honey at Lei Yue Mun Plaza this September.
