Who loves waffles 🙋🏼‍♀️

Make these high protein waffles for a great start to your day.

1/2 cup liquid egg whites
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 Cup Oats
1/3 Cup low fat Cottage Cheese
Sugar free syrup

Put all ingredients except syrup in a blender. Heat waffle iron and pour batter when ready.

Serve with sugar free syrup! Enjoy!!!

One of my favorite breakfast meals after or before a good workout. Protein French Toast.

3/4 Cup Egg Whites
Cinnamon to taste
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
2-3 slices Sara Lee Delight bread
Sugar-free syrup

Mix egg whites, cinnamon, and protein powder in a bowl. Heat a pan with cooking spray. Dunk the bread in the egg white mixture and place in the hot pan. Pour the rest of the egg mixture over the bread. Cook thoroughly on one side, then flip until done.

Serve with sugar-free syrup.
