Let us speak directly to our bodies
I, like most people I know, have suffered a great deal throughout my life. Again I say, most of the people I know have. Physically, mentally, emotionally, and intellectually. Eventually I realized that part of my purpose on this Earth was to feel the suffering, learn about, identify it, identify root causes, and LEARN TO HEAL MYSELF.
Now, this learning is actually remembering. We all have had to learn, through many life experiences, how to heal ourselves. It begins and ends with getting to know your body as a conscious entity in and of itself. Talk to your body. Talk to your every cell. Talk to your DNA. Aloud or silently in your mind. The body is just waiting for you to include it in the dialogue about what is best for you. It follows your intentions, your thoughts, your BELIEFS, your self-talk.... and gives you exactly what you expect. Expect to HEAL!!!!
At a certain point in time, profit became far more important than humans and our health and well-being, which we all deserve, equally, and without impediment. Those who seek the profit could not care less about our health and well-being, in fact our illnesses, disorders, lack of fitness, and lack of mental and emotional stability is what their profits, money-making ventures, and the continuation of all this chaos depends upon. They need consumers. Patients. People in crisis willing to pay or do anything to be helped out of their crises.
We don’t need outside help, in most cases, to heal ourselves and resolve our crises. Talking to your body, literally, changes everything.
