💥 KIÉGÉS/BURN OUT
Rá kellett lépnem a fékre, különben kétszázzal rohantam volna a falnak.
Elvonultam.
Lelassultam.
Lecsendesedtem.
Otthon vagyok.
Közösségben.
Biztonságban.
Ahogy a hangfürdő hangjai lassan bekúszva összekapaszkodtak, úgy lettem én is egyre stabilabb.
Elmúlt a fejfájás. Megszűnt a hányinger.

BURN OUT
I've danced on the edge before. I felt that if I didn't stop then, something else would stop me - the Universe, Fate, a Higher Power... call it whatever you like.
I was constantly exhausted. Yet I still couldn't say no to new tasks. And for the old ones? I thought there was simply no way out of them.
At least, that's what I believed.
But eventually, I had to admit that something had to change. I had to hit the brakes, otherwise I would have crashed into a wall at 200 km/h.
So I retreated.
I slowed down.
I became quiet.
And I went through an incredibly intense cleansing process.
Migrane, vomiting — the cacao didn't go easy on me, even though this wasn't my first ceremony.
I had to lie down.
I needed darkness.
I collapsed.
Not dramatically. Not with tears. Not as a spectacle.
Inside.
Just for myself.
Then...
A bowl began to sing.
A deep sound arrived - and instead of pushing me further down, it held me, like a lifeline thrown my way while I floated in the void.
Root chakra.
I am home.
I belong.
I am safe.
As the sounds of the sound bath slowly wove themselves together, I, too, became steadier.
The headache faded.
The nausea disappeared.
There was light at the end of the tunnel.
A clear realization:
I had been reborn.
Luca, once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for this experience! And to all the women who were there - thank you for your support, your understanding, and for accompanying me through this process. I am deeply grateful to you all.
