What is the walk and talk anyway? It is about to walk together. Do you want to walk or walk with me? That is fine. :) Just hire me. Strangers do not stay strangers long on a walk, share experiences, it brings people together, every walk is a shared experience... funny dog, cool car look at hey :) scary houses... It is basically establishing shared reality, walking is the best medicine, he said over 2000 years ago but we know we can not fix everything BUT when you are walking and talking it its much harder to focus on stress and pain. Mindfulness and be present, one step further to your future. If you feel good go for walk, if not go for another walk :)
