🌿🥾 Mindig is szerettem túrázni, a természetben lenni. Gyermekként is.
Ebben nagy segítség a magány.
Azóta is hálával fordulok hozzájuk minden alkalommal! ❤️💚

🌿🥾 I have always loved hiking and being in nature. Ever since I was a child. But looking back now, I realize that I never really went alone — I always had someone with me.
A few years ago, when I began actively working on myself, I put a lot of emphasis on learning to love myself. And solitude can be a great teacher in that process. So I started going into the forest in my own company, simply by myself.
At first, it was very far outside my comfort zone. Not because of going out and exploring — but because I simply wasn’t used to being alone. For a while, no matter how much time I spent wandering through the forest, I couldn’t truly switch off. I didn’t feel comfortable in my own skin.
It was during this period that I also began to take a more active interest in plants. And then, almost as if by magic, something unfolded before me: what I had experienced as loneliness slowly began to transform into a sense of peace.
I came to accept the thought that we are never truly alone. At least not out in nature.
In the concrete jungle, on the other hand, we can feel completely alone even when we are surrounded by countless people.
In nature, there are countless connections constantly taking place — if we allow ourselves to notice them and pay attention. If we turn our attention inward.
Because if we are able to connect with our own MAG-self, our own inner being, then everything and everyone else will be able to connect with us as well.
In a way, medicinal plants healed something within me more deeply than anything else — without me picking a single one, without consuming a single one.
Ever since then, I turn toward them with gratitude every single time. ❤️💚
