Madonna never checked her reach. There was no algorithm in 1987.
She was either impossible to ignore or she was not, and everyone knew which one she was.
Here is what I notice about the women stuck at 10K months.
You have more data than Madonna ever had and far less certainty. You know your saves, your shares, your reach, your follower count.
What you do not have is a single person landing on your page and thinking, she is talking about me, I need to speak to her today.
Because you have been very well behaved.
You were told to be reachable, so you answer DMs at eleven at night.
You were told to over deliver, so you added three bonuses to an offer that was already too much work for what you charge.
You were told not to be salesy, so you give value all week and then quietly hope somebody asks.
You were told to be relatable, so you write things nobody could possibly disagree with, and then wonder why nobody responds to any of it.
Three years of doing it properly and your revenue has moved almost nothing.
Good girls go to heaven.
Bad girls go everywhere.
And the women I work with are not badly behaved, they are just finished asking permission.
She raises her price without collecting another certification first.
She stops explaining her offer to people who were never going to buy it.
She says the number out loud and lets the silence sit there instead of filling it with a discount she did not need to give.
That is not confidence.
Confidence is what you have after. It is a woman who finally built an offer worth defending.
When will you stop being a good girl?
