Sound Healing for Savasana

A beautiful Sound Healing for Savasana training has come to completion at Askara Sound Temple, created especially for yoga teachers to explore the power of sound as a support for deep rest and relaxation.

A day filled with learning, listening, practice, connection, and the beautiful vibrations of singing bowls and healing instruments.

Here are some little memories from our time together, moments that remind us that sometimes, the deepest practice is simply to slow down, listen, and allow ourselves to be still.
