One of the biggest things I’ve learned about fasting is this…movement matters.
A lot of people think fasting means lying in bed all day doing absolutely nothing.
And while rest is important… I’ve found many people actually feel better when they move their body gently throughout the process.
A bit of yoga.
A walk outside.
Breathwork.
Sauna.
Ice bath.
Massage.
Hot and cold therapy.
Even emotional clearing.
What’s interesting is… people often come in feeling exhausted or emotional, and after some movement or support, they come out saying:
“Wow… I actually feel amazing.”
