THIS 82-YEAR-OLD WOMAN COULD KICK YOUR BUTT.
And here’s how.
Think you’ve got a strong core?
At 80, Annie Jeanie Judis held a plank for more than FOUR MINUTES.
Think you’ve got grip strength?
At 81, she held a dead hang for 2 minutes and 1 second.
Think you could take her at jump rope?
Good luck.
At 82, Annie holds the Guinness World Records title for oldest competitive female rope skipper.
And this isn’t a one-record wonder.
Annie has held 14 Guinness World Records titles — including records for planking, dead hangs, farmer’s walks and rope skipping.
Here’s the crazy part:
She didn’t earn her FIRST Guinness title until she was 75.
Before becoming a record-breaking athlete, Annie was known as Jean or Jeannie Bell, working as a model and actress and even appearing in Martin Scorsese’s “Mean Streets.”
Today, she’s known as the Beverly Hills Jump Rope Queen and shares her fitness adventures on social media.
Her philosophy?
“Health is wealth.”
She’s 82.
Still training.
Still competing.
Still chasing records.
So if you’re thinking about challenging Annie to a plank, dead hang or jump-rope contest...
maybe stretch first.
