EVERYTHING IS A VIBRATION

All things in our universe are constantly in motion, vibrating.

Even objects that appear to be stationary are in fact vibrating, oscillating, resonating, at various frequencies.

Resonance is a type of motion, characterized by oscillation between two states. And ultimately all matter is just vibrations of various underlying fields.

As such, at every scale, all of nature vibrates. Я

PRAKASH MANDALA - CIRCLE OF LIGHT

We start Kriya yoga class with Prakash Mandala in English meaning Circle of Light. Circle of light enables participants to connect with each other. Holding hands allows us to receive and share amongst all. This is symbolical part of Kriya Yoga. The more we access the purity within, we experience the ones with all.

Prakash mandala we create a circle holding hands. Placing left palm facing upwards to “receive” from person standing on the left and right palm facing downwards to “give” to the person standing on the right.

We breath deeply watching prana flow and witness experiences happening in our energy channels “nadis”. We are able to move the energy by inhaling through the left hand and exhaling through the right. This creates continues flow between participants.

It is very important to understand that there is no separation between us. Once one raises the frequency it is spread between all and frequency of everyone is risen.

We are all in this together
