Often we’re so busy looking ahead we miss the beauty of now.

Feb 2020. No idea that a couple weeks after taking this pic, life would be turned upside down. I was in Trinidad for carnival, and so excited about the fetes and mas (aka parties and costumes) to come that I took for granted how truly special this day of sailing down the tropical coastline with family + friends would turn out to be.

On this weekend dedicated to love, learn to love where you are, who you are + every moment you get to spend with those you love most 💕

Speaking of reflection, how cool are the ☁️ + 🏔 reflecting off Lake Wakatipu, NZ?! If driving Queenstown ↔️ Glenorchy, a stop at Bennett’s Bluff Lookout is a must.

‘Twas the night before Christmas🎄🎅

Fond memories of holiday cheer in Lisbon last year. City looks so pretty dressed up in its holiday 🚥 And there are plenty of festivities to keep you merry all season long 😊

I especially loved attending the Christmas markets where my dear friend and talented designer featured her latest collection. Small businesses are the heart of our communities so don’t forget to support them this holiday season!

And wherever you are...Bom Natal, Feliz Navidad, Joyeux Noel, or plain old Merry Christmas all!!! 😘

This view 😍 Waves for days in Nazaré, surf capital of Portugal 🌊🏄‍♀️😎

Big wave season is Oct-March when you can see waves up to 100 ft (30 m). A little intense for a surf novice like me 🙃 So was happy to sit back and watch the pros at the World Surf League competition last December.

Getting my groove on flamenco style in Sevilla 🇪🇸

Anyone who knows me knows I ❤️💃🏾!!!And I’ve been enchanted by flamenco since I first saw it performed as a teen.

New month, new intention. Calling in more to close out a truly chaotic year🧘🏾‍♀️✨

Last few months have been especially hectic as I got off the road and settled back into my “new normal” life. It’s so easy to get lost in the hustle. But there’s a time to lean in and a time to pull back. Learning how to gracefully dance between the two is where you find the sustainable ⚖️ you need to thrive...

And a trip back to Bali wouldn’t be too bad either 🙃
